Before using your menstrual cup for the first time 

1. Wash your menstrual cup with warm water and mild soap
2. Practice folding your menstrual cup
3. Read and follow the insertion/removal instructions on the box. At each menstrual period, please boil your cup in bubbling-boiling water for 3-5 minutes before the first use, and repeat the same after the last use. You can also use a Mascoto steriliser if available.
