Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards or opened packages.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email us at mascotomltd@gmail.com with your reason for return and the names of the products you would like to return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If a customer has cancelled or returned multiple orders, we reserve the right to decline future orders or assess shipping and restocking fees on future returned or cancelled orders.

Returns for orders over £100 will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% of the order value.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within ten days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at mascotomltd@gmail.com and send your item to Lowry Court, Pumping Road Station, Chiswick, W4 2SL, London, UK.

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.  

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Lowry Court, Pumping Road Station, Chiswick, W4 2SL, London, UK.

If your product is damaged due to no fault of your own, please take a photo of the problem, and we will send you another order immediately.

You may be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, depending on the reason for the return. Please email us at mascotomltd@gmail.com to chat with a representative.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
