How much is shipping?

FREE! Shipping is free on orders of £20 or more anywhere in the United Kingdom.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to many international counties, and please inquire via email (mascotomltd@gmail.com) if your country isn't listed. However, international orders will be charged a shipping fee. 

 

Please note: We currently do not ship to the EU due to VAT and customs regulations. We are working to get this resolved so we can service our European friends again soon. 

 

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to ship out your order the next day, but please give us 48 hours to ship orders as a general rule. Once we ship, our trusted USPS takes over from there.

United Kingdom: 2 days for handling and approximately five business days for shipping

International: up to 15 business days for shipping

 

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we now ship orders with package rates, so your shipping confirmation will contain a tracking code. 

 

Why have I yet to receive any order confirmation details?

 

You should receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If this doesn't happen, please contact us by mascotomltd@gmail.com, and we will look into the issue. It often results from the email being incorrectly entered, but no worries, we'll sleuth it out for you.
